March Comes in Like a Lion...

Well, down here in the South, we experienced a snow storm on Sunday, March 1st! It started in the afternoon and continued into the evening. Well, late that night, Dano went out to put wood in the Taylor (the wood burner we have that keeps us warm & Dano working very hard)...when he came back in, he told us (Kelly and me) that he had built a snowman. He was all giddy like a little boy! Too funny! Well, he built it so that when the kids got up in the morning they'd be able to see it from the kitchen window where they eat breakfast! How fun! He made it just for them... it was in our backyard!

Well, by lunch the snow was almost all gone away, but our snowman remained... with most of his parts. Dano was working on planes. The kids, Kelly, & I didn't go out to play in the snow... me, for obvious reasons; Kelly, well she didn't bring winter snow clothes expecting it to be warmer DOWN here; or the kids, because I already packed up all the play in the snow clothes as part of my nesting AND assuming all snow storms were past!

But thanks to Dano... we all had a fun little laugh everytime we walked by the window! Thanks, Dano!

PS It is Wednesday night, 9:54 p.m. Tomorrow I will be 1 week from my due date. I'm still pregnant... could go at anytime... or could be pregnant til St. Patrick's day! I had another great appt this past Tuesday.
